| ObjectiveBy observing yiqi huoxue decoction to TKA surgery clinical curative effect of rehabilitation,specific analysis the effectiveness of the rehabilitation treatment after TKA,and evaluate its safety and to explore better treatment in order to improve the curative effect of patients after TKA.MethodsA total of 48 patients with KOA were selected for TKA and were eligible for inclusion in the test.The randomized numerical table method was used to divide the total knee joint into two groups,the observation group(24)and the control group(24).The patients in both groups were treated with routine preventive infection and otherbasic treatment,and ERAS was adopted during perioperative period.Observe group on the basis of the above treatment,oral yiqi huoxue decoction in the morning and evening each 200 ml.Two groups of patients are completed by the same doctor who,before using midline incision,near the medial patellar road,intraoperative no replacement of patella,adopt stable after knee joint prosthesis,bone cement fixation(Zimmer,USA).During the hospital stay,the general conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the blood routine and liver and kidney function of the perioperative period were recorded.Record 1 day two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative 3,7,14,28 days of HSS score,pain scale VAS score,degree of swelling(maximum diameter of the calf),time of farting and time of getting out bed,and so on and so forth.The basic conclusion is obtained through statistical analysis.Results1.HSS score of knee joint:there was no statistical difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The 3rd day of post-op,the scores were 69.22±2.50,67.02±2.30,The 7th day of post-op observation group was 80.02±4.20,and the control score was 76.56±3.60,and The 14th day of post-op observation group was 87.02±2.50,and the control scores were 84.02±4.60,and the difference in the HSS scores for the 3rd,7th,and 14th days was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 28 day post-op observation group was 88.02±1.50,and the control scores were 87.92±4.50,and the two sets of differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Resting state Pain assessment scale(VAS)score:there was no difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The 3rd day of post-op two group scores were 4.02±0.60,5.12±0.70,group score was 3.40±0.40 7 days postoperatively,control group score was 4.31±0.51,On the 14th day of post-op,the scores were 2.03±0.56,3.01±0.62,3,7,14 days three time points of pain assessment scale score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the 28th day after surgery was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.3.Degree of swelling:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before surgery,and the swelling degree was lower in the 3rd,7th and 14th days after surgery than in the control group,and the variance analysis P<0.05,which was statistically significant between the two groups.On The 3rd day of post-op,the two groups were tested with P>0.05,and the two groups showed no statistical differenc on the 28th day after surgery.4.time of farting and time of getting out bed:time of farting of the two groups was 12.80±3.25h,18.95±4.82h,and time of getting out bed was 3.26±0.25d,5.06±0.25d,time of farting and time of getting out bed were statistically significant(P<0.05),ConclusionYiqi huoxue decoction can promote the rapid recovery after TKA,and it is safe and effective.It can be used in clinical application,and its detailed mechanism still needs further study. |
