Objective: This article compares the efficacy of the traditional rehabilitation group and the rapid rehabilitation group in the orthopedic joint area of our hospital after total knee arthroplasty, and draws relevant conclusions, which provides a basis for further promotion of the concept of rapid rehabilitation and the development of relevant guidelines. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 77 patients with Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from September 2016 to September 2018 in the Department of Orthopaedics,People's Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, according to different perioperative management measures The patients were divided into the traditional rehabilitation group(n=37)and the rapid rehabilitation group(n=40).The gender, age, and body mass index(BMI)of the two groups were compared. The patient's postoperative hospital stay, postoperative urinary catheter, drainage tube removal time, drainage tube drainage, blood transfusion rate, preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin and hematocrit changes, preoperative and postoperative(day 1,week 2,2 months)Visual analogue scale(VAS),postoperative first ground time, postoperative(day 1,2 weeks,2 months)differences in joint mobility and other indicators, using SPSS22.0 data processing The system performs processing and analysis. The count data is analyzed by ?2test,the measurement data is analyzed by t test, and the data of repeated measurement are analyzed by repeated measures of variance, expressed as mean±standard deviation “?x±s”,with P<0.05 Statistical significance. Results: All the 87 patients were followed up and the experimental data were collected. There was no significant difference in preoperative gender, age,BMI and other data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time, preoperative hemoglobin and hematocrit between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the traditional rehabilitation group, the rapid recovery group reduced the intraoperative blood loss by 115.55 ml,the postoperative hospitalization time by 1.25 days, the postoperative drainage tube drainage volume decreased by 252 ml,the intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion rate decreased by 60.9%,and the drainage tube removal time was advanced. At 19.53 h,the catheter removal time was 10.52 h earlier, and the first postoperative time was 0.26 days earlier. The change of hemoglobin before and after surgery was reduced by 13.44g/L,and the change of hematocrit was decreased by 0.92%.On the first day and 2 weeks after surgery,The knee flexion and extension activity was significantly improved in February, and the VAS score decreased by 0.82 on the first postoperative day.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 2 weeks and 2 months after surgery were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The rapid rehabilitation concept is applied to the perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty(TKA),which can significantly shorten the drainage tube and catheter indwelling time. The time of the first grounding is significantly advanced, the VAS score and activity of the knee joint are significantly improved, and the postoperative joint drainage is significantly reduced. The number of hospital stays was significantly shortened, which effectively accelerated the recovery of patients after TKA,which is worth promoting.
