The Effect Of Shenhuang Liangyue Lotion Combined With Siwu Decoction On Skin Pruritus In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective: To explore the curative effect of Shenhuangliangyue Lotion combined with Siwu decoction on skin pruritus of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods: Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups according to the order of patients(1?120).Treatment Group 1: Siwu decoction + Basic Treatment;Treatment Group 2: Shenhuang Liangyue Lotion +basic treatment;Treatment Group 3: Siwu decoction oral + Shenhuang Liangyue Lotion external washing + basic treatment,Control Group: Regular Hemodialysis,correction of anemia,correction of acidosis and prevention of infection and other basic treatment;continuous treatment for one month.Observe and compare the score of skin pruritus before and after treatment in four groups.Results:1.VAS scores of the four groups were compared,and the improvement degree before and after treatment of the three groups was better than that of treatment group1,treatment group 2 and control group,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores among the four groups showed that the degree of improvement before and after treatment in the three groups was better than that in the three groups(P<0.05).3.Compared with the four groups of Hb,the two groups of treatment 1 and 3increased before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of VAS effect in the four groups showed that the improvement degree of treatment in groups 1,2 and 3 was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The curative effect of treatment group 3 was higher than that of treatment group 1 and 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of TCM efficacy among the four groups showed that the effective rates of treatment in groups 1,2 and 3 were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the 3 groups was better than that of the 1 and 2 groups,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,blood kalium,alanine aminotransfease and aspartate aminotransferase between the four groups before and after treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The parathyroid hormone in the four groups was lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The c-reactive protein in the four groups was lower after treatment than before treatment,and the three groups of treatment 1,2 and 3 were better than the control group,and the three groups of treatment were better than the two groups of treatment 1 and 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: shenhuang liangyue lotion combined with siwu decoction has a definite effect on skin pruritus in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Shenhuang liang yue lotion combined with siwu decoction can reduce the levels of parathyroid hormone and c-reactive protein in patients with pruritus in maintenance hemodialysis.Siwu decoction can increase hemoglobin in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the four groups during the treatment.
