Clinical Observation Of Puncture And Cupping Combined With Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Acne

Purpose:By three different methods to treat acne,to evaluate the skin lesions before and after treatment in patients with the skin damage integral,the integral quality of life,the clinical curative effect,compare their differences,to choose a relatively optimum scheme for acne treatment,reduce the skin for the patients with acne problem.Methods:According to the random number table arrangement,patients who met the criteria of acne diagnosis were randomly divided into three groups: A,B and C,with 20 patients in each group,and a total of 60 patients.Group A was used the moxibustion combined the bloodletting cupping method,and the group B used the bloodletting cupping method,and the group C adopted moxibustion method,and all three groups were treated with two courses of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy observation table was used to observe the score and clinical efficacy of the patients' skin loss score and life quality(DLQI).Results:1.The skin lesions of integral effect aspects three groups all can improve skin integral(P<0.05),group A is better than that of group B(P<0.01),group A is better than that of group C(P<0.01),there is no significant difference with detected integral results between group B and group C(P>0.05).2.The quality of life of integral effect comparison: in terms of three groups all can improve the quality of life of patients with acne integral(P<0.05),group A is better than that of group B(P<0.05),group A is better than that of group C(P<0.05),there is no obviously difference with life quality score between group B and group C(P>0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: group A was better than group B(P<0.01),group A was better than group C(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Used alone bloodletting cupping therapy or moxibustion therapy to treat acne are effective,and there is no obviously difference between the two methods,the combination of two methods is more effective than one method alone,on the treatment of acne,bloodletting cupping combined moxibustion method is an effective way,it's worth popularizing in clinical application.
