| Objective: Observation of bone capsule in treating senile diabetic osteoporosis (liverand kidney deficiency syndrome) clinical efficacy，and explore its mechanism of action.Methods: According to diagnostic criteria of type2diabetes, osteoporosis, a total of60cases of diabetic patients with osteoporosis, by using the method of random, singleblind, controlled, according to the proportion of1:1is divided into control group andtreatment group. On the premise of Diabetes foundation treatment, while the control groupwas given Caltrate D treatment, treatment group was given Chinese medicine Gubaocapsule in the treatment of.3months for a course of treatment, after2courses of treatment,efficacy evaluation. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients withclinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose (FBG),2h postprandial plasma glucose (P2hBG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), the changes of serum calcium, phosphorus, alkalinephosphatase, estradiol, testosterone, serum osteocalcin, serum vitamin D3, bone mineraldensity and bone mineral content, and the use of SPSS17.0statistics analysis.Results: Before treatment in two groups in gender, age, course of disease, clinicalsymptoms to compare the test was not statistically significant, comparable (P>0.05). Thetotal effective rate of treatment group80%, control group, the total efficiency of43.3%, thetreatment group than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Thetreatment group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of patients,FPG, P2hBG, HbA1c, serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, estradiol,testosterone, serum osteocalcin, serum vitamin D3, bone density, bone mineral content(P<0.05); the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms, serum phosphorus,serum alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, serum vitamin D3, male testosterone, femaleestradiol, bone density, bone mineral content was significantly better than the control group, the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Gubao capsule can obviously improve the senile diabetic osteoporosisclinical symptoms in patients with syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney, increasedserum phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, increase the level of sex hormones, serumosteocalcin, increased serum vitamin D, curative effect is better than that of the controlgroup; and no liver and kidney function damage, safe, effective,and has wide applicationprospect. Gubao capsule has significant improvement effect of bone density, fracture, andto reduce the disability rate, reduce the economic burden of patients, improve the quality oflife of patients, provides an effective method for the treatment of. |
