The Clinical Efficacy Of You's Staging Therapy Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Intrauterine Adhesions (qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe Menstrual conditions,improvement of traditional Chinese(TCM)syndromes,endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy rate after the treatment of Chinese medicine You Shi cycle therapy in combination with western medicine on intrauterine adhesion infertile patients.Explore the curative effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine on intrauterine adhesion infertility.Methods:Clinical medical records of 60 patients with intrauterine adhesion infertiles was collected andobserved,randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.Control group were treated with Itranscervical resection of adhesions and estrogen progestin therapy.Experimental group was based on the control group and combined with Chinese medicine You Shi cycle therapy.Then observe the changes on the menstrual status score,TCM syndrome score,IUA score,endometrial thickness and The rate of pregnancy in half a year Rsults:(1)After treatment,both groups of TCM syndromes were less than before,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was increased compared with that before,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,both groups had less adhesion scores than before,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the pregnancy rate of the experimental group and the control group was 70.00% and 43.00% respectively,and the experimental group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the scores of both groups were less than before,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:You Shi cycle therapy combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,endometrial thickness,decrease IUA score,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with intrauterine adhesion infertility,and better than estrogen alone.There was no significant difference between the improvement of menstruation and the treatment of estrogen alone.
