The Clinical Efficacy Of Glycy Soap Combined With Hydroxychloroquine In The Treatment Of Sjogren's Syndrome And Its Effect On The Levels Of IL-33 And IL-22

The first part is the theory research.According to the literature,summarize the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of Sjogren's syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine,and combine the clinical features to clarify the basic pathogenesis of this disease.Sjogren's syndrome have syndromes of root deficiency and branch excess,with deficiency in qi and yin as root,dryness and stasis as branch.It is proved that the principle of this disease is Supplementing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation.The prescription principle and modern pharmacological effect of Ganzao solution liquid are clarified.The second part is clinical research.Objective:To observe the curative effect and its influence on blood IL-33?IL-33 of Ganzao Liquid in patients with Sjogren's syndrome(SS).Methods:40 patients diagnosed as pSS in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The control group(n=20)were treated by Hydroxychloroquine,and the treatment group(n=20)was treated with Ganzao Liquid additionally.All the treatment covers three months.Blood samples were taken from patients before and after treatment.Separate serum,stored in-70 ultra-low temperature refrigerator.The levels of IL-33 and IL-22 in serum were measured.The clinical effect and symptom scores and blood IL-22?IL-33 value were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment group's total effective was 85%and the control group's was 60%;After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms on mouth and eye dry/joint pain and chest tightness were decreased(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms on mouth and eye dry,joint pain and swelling of parotid gland in treatment group were different from those in control group(P<0.05).In addition,The treatment group had a substantial decrease in IL-33?IL-22(P<0.05),and the decrease of IL-33 and IL-22 in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group.The treatment group had a substantial decrease in IL-33?IL-22(P<0.05),and the decrease of IL-33 and IL-22 in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group.Conclusion:Using Ganzao Liquid on the basis of routine medicine is effective,it can contribute to release symptoms of mouth and eye dry,joint pain,swelling of parotid gland and joint pain.Using Ganzao Liquid on the basis of routine medicine can make the patient's serum IL-33,IL-22 levels decreased,can reduce the patient's inflammatory response.
