The Effect Of Zhuqi Decoction On The Content Of AzpAb And The Expression Of Foxp3 Protein In Immune Premature Ovarian Failure Model Rats

Objective:By observing The impact of Complex zhuluan decoctionon the serum FSH,E2,AzpAb content,and the influence of FoxP3 protein expression in ovarian tissue of autoimmune Premature Ovarian Failure Pattern rats,to explore the effect and its possible mechanism of Complexzhuluang decoction to mouse uterine microenvironment on Embryo Implantation,in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in autoimmune Premature Ovarian Failure.Methods:Made the Pattern Rat of Premature Ovarian Failure,clean level female,by inject pZP3 from subcutaneous of abdomen.Treat different group of POF Rat with different concentration Complex zhuluan decoction or climen resPeetively.Test the level of FSH?E2?AzpAb of different group byELISA.Test the expression of FoxP3 protein of different group by SABC.Observe the endometrial and ovarian tissue with light microscope.Results:Compared with which of blank group,the serum E2 of Pattem group significantly lowered(P<0.01),compared with which of Pattern group,the serum E2 of treatment group highered,and climen group?zhuluan decoction in high concentration group and medium concentration group are significantly highered(P<0.01);Compared with which of blank group,the serum FSH of Pattern group significantly highered(P<0.01),compared with Pattern group,the serum FSH of treatment group significantly lowered(P<0.01);compared with which of blank group,the AzpAb of Pattern group significantly highered(P<0.01),compared with Pattern group,the serum FSH of treatment group significantly lowered(P<0.01);It illustrated thatComplex zhuluan decoction can restore the injured endometrial and improve the growth of follicles and increasing the positive expression of Foxp3 protein in ovarian of POF Rat by observing the morpholoPy of ovariam with light microscope.Conclusion:Complex zhuluang decoction made AzpAb lower and increase the positive expression of Foxp3 protein to improve the function of ovariam.
