The Effect Of Zhuqi Decoction On The Expression Of AMH And CD4~+, CD8~+ In Immune Premature Ovarian Failure Model Rats

Objective:By observing the impact of Complex ZhuLuan decoction to establish the rats model of autoimmune premature ovarian failure(POF)with Zona pellucida(ZP)antigen,to research the mechanisms of autoimmune premature ovarian failure by ELISA and by Flow Cytometry,While further treatment of the disease from the immune regulation provides a new perspective ideas,thus providing a better idea for the clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods:Clean-level female SD rats were divided into control group,model group,western Climen group,egg soup to help low-dose group,middle dose group to help the egg soup,egg soup to help the high-dose group of six groups.After the establishment of premature ovarian ailure model in rats were sacrificed after 21 days of treatment administered,using zyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect the serum anti-zona pellucida tibodies,anti-hormone(AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels and flow cytometry T lymphocytes CD4+,CD8+expression.Results:Compared with which of blank group,the serum E2 of pattern group significantly lowered(P<0.01),compared with which ofMullerian pattern group,the serum E2 of treatment group higher,and climen group Zhuluan decoction in high concentration group and medium concentration group are significantly higher(P<0.01);Compared with which of blank group,the serum FSH of Pattern group significantly higher(P<0.01),compared with Pattern group,the serum FSH of treatment group significantly lowered(P<0.01);compared with which of blank group,the AMH of Pattern group significantly highered(P<0.01),compared with Pattern group,the serum FSH of treatment group significantly lowered(P＜0.01);it decreased CD4+and also increased CD8+.It illustrated that Complex Zhu luan decoction can restore the injured endometrial and improve the growth of follicles and increase the positive expression of CD4+/CD8+protein in ovarian of POF Rats.Conclude:1.Complex ZhuLuan decoction can help make AMH expression level increases,so as to improve ovarian function,inhibition of premature ovarian failure purposes.2.Decreased CD4+,Increased CD8+,CD4+/CD8+value decreased,autoimmune premature ovarian failure have some effect.Description medicine help Zhuluan decoction autoimmune premature ovarian failure have a better therapeutic effect.
