Study Insulin-like Growth Factor Of Premature Ovarian Failure Rat By YouGuiwan Adjusting

Objective:Discuss treatment mechanism of Premature Ovarian Failure by YouGuiwan Adjusting.Methods:Made the Pattern Rat of Premature Ovarian Failure by inject pZP3 from subcutaneous of abdomen. Treat different group of POF Rat with different concentration YouGuiwan or Progynova respectivelely. Test the level of FSH and E2 of different group by ELISA. Test the level of and IGF-â… , IGF-â…¡and IGFBP-4 of different group by LSAB. Observe the morpholopy of ovarium with light microscope.Results:The levels of IGF-I, IGF-II and E2 of pattern group comparing with which of blank group are significantly lowered(P<0.01). And the levels of IGF-I, IGF-II and E2 of treatment group comparing with which pattern group of is significantly highered (P<0.01). The level of FSH and IGFBP-4 of pattern group comparing with which of blank group is significantly highered (P<0.05). The level of FSH and IGFBP-4 of treatment group comparing with which pattern group of is significantly lowered (P<0.05). The level of IGFBP-4 of low dosage group of YouGuiwan comparing with which of pattern group is significantly highered (P<0.05). The level of IGFBP-4 has no obvious changes among the low dosage group of YouGuiwan, the blank group and the Western medicine group (P>0.05). The level of FSH, E2, IGF-I and IGFBP-4 of middle dosage group of YouGuiwan comparing with which of pattern group is significantly highered (P<0.05). The level of FSH, E2, IGF-I and IGFBP-4 has no obvious changes among the middle dosage group of YouGuiwan, the blank group and the Western medicine group (P >0.05). The level of E2, IGF-â… , IGF-â…¡and IGFBP-4 of high dosage group of YouGuiwan comparing with which of pattern group is significantly highered (P<0.05). The level of E2, IGF-â… , IGF-â…¡and IGFBP-4 has no obvious changes among the high dosage group of YouGuiwan, the blank group and the Western medicine group (P>0.05). It is illustrated that YouGuiwan can improve the growth of follicles of POF Rat by observing the morpholopy of ovarium with light microscope.Conclusions:YouGuiwan can strength the function of ovarium and repair the morpholopy of ovarium.
