Abstract/Summary:
In this study,the tuber,stem,leaf and rhizosphere soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang in Wanzhou and Kaixian of Chongqing,Hanzhong of Shanxi,Dongyang and Pan’an of Zhejiang were studied.The samples of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang and rhizosphere soil were treated by soil agrochemical method and microwave digestion method.The contents of 17 kinds of mineral elements and 10 kinds of effective elements in different parts and rhizosphere soil were determined.The contents of 11 kinds of nucleosides and 6 kinds of biological bases in different parts of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang were determined by HPLC.The experimental data were processed by various analysis methods.The results showed that the contents of P,K,Na in rhizosphere soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang were higher,the abundance of Zn,Ni,Cu,Cd in its stem and leaf was much higher than that of other elements,its tuber had a strong enrichment effect on N,Ca,K,Mg,Zn,Cu,Cd,and its stem and leaf had a strong enrichment effect on N,Ca,K,Mg,Zn,Cu,Cd.The pollution level evaluation of rhizosphere Soil in all areas did not exceed the warning line.The contents of 10 effective elements in rhizosphere soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang from 5 producing areas were Ca > Mg > K > N > P >Fe > Mn > Cu > Zn > B.the contents of Corydalis B in Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang tubers were all above 0.07%,which were higher than the limit standard in pharmacopoeia.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the content of tetrahydropalmatine and the content of available calcium(r = 0.969,P < 0.01),and a significant negative correlation between the content of tetrahydropalmatine and the content of available iron(r =-0.873,P < 0.05).A HPLC method for the determination of11 kinds of nucleosides was established.11 kinds of nucleosides were detected in stems and leaves of 15 samples except thymine,but the content was different due to different producing areas and parts.From the total content of nucleosides in each part,the whole performance is leaf > stem > tuber;the highest content of nucleosides in the three parts are guanosine and uridine.The total content of nucleoside in three parts of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang from different areas,Zhejiang Pan’an > Zhejiang Dongyang >Shaanxi Hanzhong > Chongqing Wanzhou > Chongqing Kaizhou.A HPLC method for the determination of 7 alkaloids was established.7 alkaloids were detected in 3 parts,butthe contents were different.The total alkaloids were tubers > leaves > stems.The results showed that different parts of Rhizoma Corydalis had synergistic and antagonistic effects on the mineral elements in its rhizosphere soil;rhizome and leaf of Rhizoma Corydalis were rich in mineral elements through selective absorption and regulation of the amount of mineral elements;the content of effective elements in rhizosphere soil of Rhizoma Corydalis from different areas was quite different,and there was a great synergistic effect among the effective elements The contents of uridine and guanosine in the leaves and stems of Corydalis yanhusuo were higher than those in the tubers;the contents of dehydrocorydine in the tubers and leaves of Corydalis yanhusuo were higher,while the contents of protopine and Corydalis in Corydalis yanhusuo were higher.
