With the deep research of large-scale plant factory,family plant factory has received more and more attention.In countries with developed agricultural technologies such as Japan,Netherlands and United States,they have entered the stage of industrialization.At present,family plant factory system developed in China mostly uses PLC as the core controller,and the cost is relatively high.PID algorithm is used for control,and the control effect is often not ideal.In the process of nutrient solution circulation,harmful microorganisms and plant self-toxic substances will appear,and the existing technology often does not purify thoroughly.There are few examples of device cloud platform technologies derived from IOT technology.These problems require urgent improvement.This paper designs and develops a family plant factory based on embedded and device cloud platform by analyzing the existing home plant factory system,combining embedded technology,wireless communication technology,equipment cloud platform technology,LED light source technology and intelligent control technology.The specific work is as follows:1.The characteristics of environmental factors,nutrient solution factors and nutrient solution purification technology in the family plant factory are analyzed.UVC LED technology is applied to the field of nutrient solution purification.The control system functions,algorithms and working methods are designed and the family plant factory structure is designed.2.The common algorithm for data coarse error rejection and sensor data fusion is analyzed.A sensor data fusion scheme using Dixon criterion and Kalman filter is determined.It can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor and provide a basis for the coordination of the output control equipment.3.According to the factors such as light intensity,temperature,humidity,nutrient solution temperature which affect the CO2 concentration required for normal growth of plants,a four-input and single-output multi-factor fuzzy control system is designed.The CO2 concentration is always maintained within a range suitable for the normal growth and development of the plant.4.According to the functional requirements of the control system,the STM32F103ZET6 processor is selected as the core processor.The circuit design of sensor module,LCD human-computer interaction module,data storage module,WiFi communication module,LED module and LED driver module,motor drive module and relay module are completed,which are proved the rationality and reliability of the design.5.In order to meet the real-time requirements of the system,UCOSIII embedded real-time operating system is transplanted for software program writing.EmWin is ported for LCD human-computer interaction module program development.The WiFi module is connected to the Gizwits cloud platform,and an Android APP is developed based on the SDK package provided by the Gizwits cloud and the Android open source framework,which realize remote control of the family plant factory.The overall test shows that the performance of the system has reached the design requirements with high reliability and low cost,which meets the needs of practical applications.It is important to reduce the production cost of family plant factories and make intelligent home plant factories enter thousands of households.
