With the improvement of economic level,people have higher and higher requirements on living quality and comfort of living environment.As a new type of air conditioning system,radiant air conditioning system has attracted the attention of many scholars for its advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and indoor comfort.At present,most of the research focuses on improving the heat transfer performance of radiant plate.As the end of a new radiation system,graphite radiant plate has attracted much attention due to its different material and structure.However,due to the relatively complex heat transfer process of graphite radiant plate and the research on the material characteristics,and few studies on this aspect,the development of the air conditioning system of graphite radiant plate is limited.Therefore,in this paper,the heat transfer performance of graphite radiant plate is studied by theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation.First of all,the paper introduces the current research status of radiant plate and gives a brief overview of graphite radiant plate.According to the heat transfer characteristics of the graphite radiant plate,the heat transfer process between the graphite radiant plate and the radiant plate was analyzed theoretically.According to the calculation of heat exchange of radiant plate,three calculation methods are given,and the plane fin method is introduced to provide reference for engineering design calculation.Secondly,the test platform of graphite radiant panel air conditioning system was built.By changing the water supply temperature and indoor temperature,the experimental results show that the surface temperature and heat exchange of radiant plate in winter and summer are affected by the water supply temperature and indoor temperature.For every 1? increase in water supply temperature,the surface temperature of radiant plate increases by about 0.6 ??0.8?,and the surface temperature of radiant plate is evenly distributed.The cooling capacity of radiant plate is related to the lowest surface temperature of radiant plate,and the possibility of condensation is very different at different room temperature.In addition,under the same experimental conditions,the heat transfer capacity of metal plate,gypsum board and graphite plate was compared and analyzed.Finally,on the basis of experiments,the mathematical and physical model of heat transfer of graphite radiant plate was established,and the software fluent was used for numerical calculation.The influence of factors such as water supply temperature,water supply velocity,filling material,coil spacing,buried pipe form and plate thickness on the surface temperature distribution and heat transfer of radiant plate was analyzed.The simulation results show that the temperature of water supply,the velocity of water supply and the pipe have great influence on the heat transfer of radiant plate,and the plate thickness,coil spacing,filling material,and buried pipe have little influence.
