The heat exchange between the radiant air-conditioning system and the indoor environment is mainly through the heat convection and heat radiation of the radiant plate,and the heat exchange amount is an important parameter of the radiant plate.The application of plate in practice is of great significance,so this paper has conducted in-depth research on the cooling and heating characteristics and application of radiant plates through a combination of simulation and experiment.First,the CFD numerical simulation method is used to simulate the heat transfer performance of single and multiple series metal radiant plates,and the heat transfer performance of single and multiple series metal radiant plates with different water supply flow rate,water supply temperature and indoor temperature is analyzed.The effect of this research is that the reasonable water supply speed of the metal radiant panel and the change law of its cooling capacity and heat supply at different water supply temperatures and indoor temperatures,as well as the attenuation law of its cooling capacity and heat supply at different series numbers.Then,the heat exchange performance test platform of the radiant panel was built,and the actual cooling and heating performances of the single and multiple metal radiant panels and gypsum radiant panels under different water supply temperatures and indoor temperatures in winter and summer were adopted by the experimental method.Tests were carried out,and the attenuation of the cooling and heating range of single metal and gypsum radiant panels and the average cooling and heating of multiple metal radiant panels in different water supply temperatures and indoor temperature ranges were obtained;in the same Under the water supply temperature and indoor temperature,the cooling performance of the metal radiant panel is better than the gypsum radiant panel.Finally,the actual engineering application effect of the combined system of metal,gypsum radiant panel and dual cold source fresh air dehumidifier in Shanghai area was tested,and the cooling effect and dew condensation status of the radiant panel and the actual situation of the dual cold source fresh air dehumidifier were studied.According to the application situation,the dehumidification performance of the dual cold source fresh air dehumidifier is good during actual operation.The moisture content of the air inlet can reach 6g/kg,and there is no condensation on the surface of the radiation plate.The surface temperature of the metal radiation plate is lower than the gypsum radiation plate,The heat exchange is better than the gypsum radiation board;and the vertical gradient temperature difference in the room is small.Further,using the method of CFD numerical simulation,the heat and humidity environment and thermal comfort in the room during the cooling and heating of metal and gypsum radiant board were studied.The results show that the thermal comfort in the room meets the national level ? when heating and cooling standard.
