Research On The Design Of Homestays Under The Background Of Beautiful Rural Construction

In recent years,the construction of beautiful rural areas in China has been practiced constantly,and the integration of urban and rural areas has gradually become the trend and inevitable result of China’s future development.The government departments put forward the call of "beautiful rural areas",whose purpose is to solve the reasonable planning,construction and development of rural areas.Rural construction and policy guidance promote the development of rural tourism.China’s rapid economic development has led to unprecedented prosperity of urban material life,but China’s rural areas are still facing a variety of challenges,such as population loss,economic backwardness,inadequate living conditions,and so on.The improvement of rural environment is extremely urgent.The construction of beautiful countryside can beautify the rural living environment and indirectly promote the development of rural tourism.As a result of the fast rhythm of urban life,prompted the city residents to country slow life yearning,the rising of the rural tourism demand,rural home stay facility is indispensable important carrier of the rural tourism environment,especially with the features of the suburban village as the main object,for the development of home stay facility in the country put forward the possibility of more.From the perspective of theoretical research,this paper explores the possibility of rural development and the improvement of villagers’ life by the reconstruction design of dwellings.Combined with excellent rural home stay renovation cases at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the design strategy of "continuity" and creates various routes for the development of beautiful countryside from the perspectives of space form,construction technology,local materials,local culture,emotional experience and lifestyle.In the process of environmental protection and ecological optimization,combined with modern people’s desire for rural slow life,a new development model of rural home stay is created to optimize the rural environment and bring economic benefits and increase villagers’ income.
