Design Of Homestay In Western Hunan Under The Background Of Beautiful Rural's Construction

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.The state has successively introd uced policies and measures to support rural construction,and all levels of society have f urther invested in the construction of beautiful villages,thus promoting the development of rural tourism in China.With the rapid development of economy,people's living standard has been continuously improved and they have a increasing demand for high-quality travel and accommodation environment.People who have been living in the city for a long time with a fast pace of life are becoming more and more homesick.They want to return to the countryside and experience the life in the countryside.Under the background of promoting rural construction and development,rural tourism plays an important role.Rural homestays,as a form of travel and residence in rural tourism,cannot meet the tourists' homesickness and demand for the quality of travel and residence with the increase of people's education level,the length of the time that they were away from home and promotion of their aesthetic appreciation ability.At present,there are some problems in rural homestay in Western Hunan: for example,people excessively rely on scenic spots,and extremely exploit rural resources,and lack of minority ethnic characteristics in western Hunan,the atmosphere of homesickness and countryside,which do not meet the requirements of beautiful rural construction,nor meet the psychological needs of tourists.The purpose of this study is to improve the objective understanding of rural homestay design,analyzing the existing problems of rural home stay design in western Hunan,finding the methods to improve the quality of rural homestay design in western Hunan,reflecting strategy of the national cultural characteristics of western Hunan,and exploring feasible design of home stay that can integrate rural tourism.The design of home stay should be deepen in the beautiful rural ecological environment,deepen into the mysterious regional and national cultural characteristics of western Hunan region to promote the construction and development of beautiful rural tourism in western Hunan region.By combining literature review,field investigation,analysis of excellent case and the methods of combining theory with practice,relevant concepts involved in this paper are defined,the background of this topic is understood,and the purpose and significance of research are determined.Through field investigation and research,various characteristics of western Hunan are sorted out and analyzed to understand the development status and problems of rural home stay facilities in western Hunan,and traditional elements are extracted to design or transform the regional landscape and architectural space along with the regional characteristics of western Hunan.We should sort out the design and research status of home stay,by analyzing relevant successful cases at home and abroad,using relevant experience at home and abroad for reference and integrating into the design of rural home stay facilities in western Hunan to explore the design method and strategy of rural home stay in western Hunan.
