| Along with the growth of economic level and frequent change of consumers' requirements,Consumer Products division of Company B which is designer and manufacture of home appliances,is very hard to fight with competitors in Asian market based on its current work mode.It must find some way to help itself improve its product development efficiency.Under the information explosion era and with lots of uncertainty,how to find and fix the new working mode for development department of Consumer Products division in order to improve its development efficiency is an urgent issue.After detailed analysis based on the data,document and deep interview and several rounds of braining storming,the author of this paper finds out the potential causes.Meanwhile,SCRUM with its outstanding value and principle goes into author's mind and is to be fixed as the final improvement tool.After verification of pilot project A,SCRUM shows out very positive effect towards efficiency improvement.Finally,based on the problems found before and out of pilot projects,the author suggests five optimized solutions to support the agile transformation.They are agile culture,manager mindset and organization process followed by organization structure and incentive system.Afterwards,the author also suggests the way how to implement these solutions with actions,risk and mitigation plans.This could offer some hints for other organizations who is under or plan agile transformation. |
