In recent years,with the continuous improvement and popularity of the concept of ecological civilization,people's awareness of ecological environment protection has gradually increased,and more attention has been paid to the ecological environment effect in the construction and operation of water conservancy projects.It has become one of the current research hotspots to adjust and optimize the existing dispatching mode of water conservancy projects,solve the competitive water use contradiction between national economic development and ecological environment protection as a whole,and realize the high-quality development of ecological environment protection and economic society.In the North China,due to the serious shortage of water resources and the increasingly serious contradiction between the total amount of water resources and the competitive water use of various industries,a large number of production and living water out of the river channel occupy the water for the ecological environment in the river channel,resulting in some problems such as flow interruption,water quality deterioration and biodiversity decline in some river systems.For this reason,the paper focuses on the "optimization of dam dispatching rules of rivers in North China based on ecological water demand",analyzes and discusses the ecological protection objectives of rivers in North China,constructs the ecological water management index system of rivers in North China,establishes the dam regulation optimization model of rivers in North China based on ecological water demand,and analyzes and proposes the dam regulation scheme of rivers in North China based on ecological water demand In order to meet the ecological water demand of the river,the dam regulation rules should be adjusted and optimized,so as to provide an important basis for the implementation of "river chief system" and the promotion of water ecological civilization construction.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Construction of ecological water management index system of rivers in North China.In view of the high degree of development and utilization of rivers in North China and the great difference between the rich and the dry rivers,this paper sets up the goal of ecological water management by stages,constructs the dual control management index system of"ecological water quantity and assurance rate" of rivers in North China s,and puts forward the recommended calculation method of ecological water quantity for rivers in North China.(2)The dam regulation design based on ecological water demand.Based on the M-5 type regulation,on the basis of the traditional dam water supply regulation line,the ecological water users in the river channel are regarded as independent water users,the corresponding limited water supply line is set up,and the dam regulation chart based on the ecological water demand is drawn up.On the basis of the traditional regulation,the regulation rules considering the ecological water demand in the river channel are designed and added.(3)Based on the ecological water demand,the optimization model of dam regulation is built.Taking the "ecological water quantity and guarantee rate" double control management index of river as the ecological dispatching target,the optimization model of dam dispatching rules based on ecological water demand is constructed,and the improved artificial intelligence algorithm(NSGA-?)is used to solve the problem.Through the comparison and selection of multiple schemes,a series of recommended results of dam dispatching rules and dispatching schemes based on ecological water demand are given,so as to realize the North River based on ecological water demand and provide basis for dam dispatching.(4)Case study.Taking Dagu River in Qingdao as an example,according to the regional characteristics of Dagu River and the needs of ecological civilization construction in the future,combined with the current situation and the overall pattern adjustment and optimization of water resources allocation in the future,the target of ecological water quantity management of Dagu River is defined,and the indicator system of ecological water quantity management of Dagu River is established;the topological relationship among various water conservancy projects,water supply units and ecological control sections is generalized based on the ecological water demand,the optimization model of Dagu River dam scheduling rules is constructed,and the dam scheduling schemes under different scenarios in each level year are analyzed.Through comprehensive comparison and selection,the recommended scheduling schemes and scheduling effects of Dagu River dam in different level years are given.The results show that the optimized model based on ecological water demand can provide reasonable and effective regulation of dam,improve the satisfaction of basic water demand of river ecological environment,and provide scientific basis for adjusting regulation of dam and optimizing operation mode of dam.
