Existing operation mode of Ankang reservoir causes ecological problems of downstreaim river,which becomes obvious increasingly,such as more and more aquatic species reduce and pollutant carrying capacity reduce.In order to restore the ecological health of the river,proposed flow,water level and other regulatory conditions to maintain healthy river ecosystem circulation,based on this,two scheduling models are established in this paper,get different ecological scheduling schemes for decision-making to choose.The main contents and key results of the paper include the following:(1)According to water demand features of the different ecological factors(basic ecological flow,river self-purification water demand,balance of river erosion water demand,maintain aquatic habitat water demand),combined with runoff of wet,flat,dry year,proposed a series of ecological runoff processes based on future environment for maintaining and improving the ecological health of downstream river.Markov chain principle predict runoff of Ankang reservoir to determine the ecological water demand condition of specific year(ecological flow process).(2)Based on different objectives,the largest generation single model and multi-objective model taking into account the objectives of ecological and generation,first,select the genetic algorithm to solve both models and contrast,and secondly,using the NSGA-? solves multi-objective model in the scenarios of dry year,Results obtained monthly level,the outbound flow,power generation process of Long series and typical years,with optimum of reservoir regulation schemes.(3)The results show that existing ecological problems of Ankang is small,essential ecological runoff processes can be used to maintain ecological health of the river and after considering ecological,the results of generating capacity the model ? decrease 2%than the model ?,model ? increase 5%than the model ? and model ? increase 17%than the actual value in guaranteed rate rate.
