China And Eurasian Power Cooperation From The Perspective Of The Global Energy Internet

China's electric power cooperation with Eurasia region started from the Soviet union's aid to China in the 1950 s,from which China established a relatively complete power industry system.After more than 30 years of stagnation due to political reasons,with the collapse of the Soviet union,China's electric power cooperation with Eurasia region has been restarted,and remarkable results have been achieved in power station construction and transmission construction cooperation.In order to cope with the increasingly severe environmental and resource challenges,ensure sustainable development of mankind and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,China has put forward the initiative of building a Global Energy Interconnection to meet global electricity demand through clean and green means of production.Global Energy Interconnection initiative advocated a "renewable energy + ultra-high voltage technology + smart grid" mode of the trinity,which is based on the electric power network,the development of renewable clean energy,use of ultra-high voltage transmission technology,Internet technology and the smart grid technology,formed a variety of energy efficient utilization and diversified main body participation of energy sharing platform of the Internet.The Global Energy Interconnection initiative offers new opportunities for China's cooperation with the Eurasian region in electricity.Based on years of accumulated practical experience in electric power cooperation,it is of urgent practical and strategic significance to promote the cooperation between China and Eurasia in the construction of electric power internet under the background of Global EnergyInterconnection construction initiative by taking advantage of the Eurasian region as the strategic focus of "Belt And Road".At the macro level,it is of great significance to jointly promote global energy transformation,achieve global climate governance and build a community with a shared future for mankind.From the perspective of meso-level,it is an effective way to accelerate the economic structure transformation and upgrading in Eurasia region,transform the resource advantages into economic advantages to a greater extent,and reduce the dependence on traditional energy.From the micro level,it is an important support that benefits the development of enterprises and people's livelihood and promotes social harmony and stability.Asia,home to China,Russia and five central Asian countries,is now the world's largest electricity load center with abundant renewable energy resources.China has strong infrastructure capacity,mature power technology and a holistic mindset to focus on big things.It is also expected to become a hub of the global energy Internet.The above advantages provide favorable conditions for the construction of interconnected power grids connecting the load centers with large renewable energy power generation bases in China and Europe and Asia.Looking ahead,China and Eurasia will focus on grid connectivity and the development and utilization of clean energy such as nuclear power,wind power,solar photovoltaic and hydropower.
