| In order to improve the maneuverability of artillery,various countries try to develop light artillery.Because of its two-dimensional recoil motion mode,the two-dimensional recoil artillery not only lightens the weight of the artillery,but also greatly increases the firing stability.The motion of a new type of two-dimensional recoil artillery has its particularity.It is necessary to install a unidirectional buffer device on the movable shelf to ensure the firing stability.This paper provides a hydraulic buffer for unidirectional cushioning of the two dimensional recoil artillery.Firstly,the structure of hydraulic buffer is designed according to the requirements of operation and installation conditions,and the selection of parts such as one-way valves,seals and accumulator is discussed.Secondly,the fluid flow inside the hydraulic buffer is simulated by FLUENT software,and the value of hydraulic resistance coefficient K is obtained.The influence of some main factors on hydraulic resistance coefficient is analyzed.Thirdly,the dynamic model of the bench is established,and the research results of hydraulic resistance coefficient are applied in the model.The dynamic model is solved by MATLAB,and the working characteristics of the hydraulic buffer are preliminarily understood.Finally,the bench test was carried out.The test results show that the hydraulic buffer can meet the requirements of unidirectional cushioning.According to the ideal pressure-displacement curve,the size of the throttle rod of the hydraulic buffer is optimized,and the improvement idea which can make the buffer effect more ideal is given. |
