Crane is a kind of special equipment which is closely related to China's industrial field.At present,the annual yield and quantity of crane in China have ranked top in the world.With the rapid increase in the number of crane,its huge energy consumption has caused society and governments to pay close attention.Although,at present,the crane industry has set up crane's energy-saving technical requirements,but there is still no crane's energy-saving technical specifications and assessment standards.However crane energy consumption evaluation is necessary for development and promotion of crane energy-saving technical specifications and assessment standards.Taking the bridge crane as the research object,this paper firstly introduces the structure and working characteristics of the bridge crane,and analyzes its energy consumption under different working conditions.From the perspective of energy flow,this paper focuses on energy consumption characteristics of bridge crane work organization,and establishes power balance equation of the work organization.Furthermore,the forms of energy loss and the relationship between energy saving technology and failure of working mechanism are further studied.Secondly,this paper introduces the selection principle of evaluation index,and analyzes the factors affecting energy consumption of bridge crane.And then,based on the research status of energy consumption evaluation technology of bridge crane,this paper proposes the unit energy consumption of work organization as the key index for energy consumption evaluation of bridge crane,and defines the workload of bridge crane.On this basis,the energy consumption evaluation index system of bridge crane is established.Then,aiming at the working characteristics of the bridge crane and the requirements of energy consumption evaluation,the bridge crane energy consumption test plan is set up,and the test is carried out.Afterward,this paper verifies the rationality and scientificity of the unit energy consumption as the key evaluation index by analyzing energy consumption data of bridge crane.At last,based on the current researches of bridge cranes with lack of clear grade identification,this paper puts forward the evaluation idea of "clustering first and grading later" according to the evaluation method of unsupervised learning.Firstly,SOM neural network and PSO clustering algorithm are used to finish the clustering of bridge cranes.Then,the entropy method is used to calculate the weight of evaluation index,and the comprehensive energy consumption score of bridge crane is used to realize the classification of energy consumption grade of bridge crane.
