With the improvement of China's military strength,China is playing an increasingly important role in international peacekeeping and anti-terrorism operations.In order to cope with the problems that threaten the safety of occupants in modern warfare,it is of great significance to study the explosion-resistant safety seats in the bottom explosion environment.In this paper,the driver's seat of a certain type of bottom armored protection vehicle is taken as the research object.Based on the bottom explosion environment,the energy absorbing element of the seat is researched and improved through the simulation analysis of the vehicle model and the seat simplified model.Combined with the seat vertical drop impact test,the protection performance of the seat to the occupant in the bottom explosion environment is improved.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the damage and protection mechanism of the occupants in the bottom explosion impact environment is studied and summarized.The criteria for assessing the human injury situation are summarized in detail,which lays a foundation for the subsequent seat analysis and dummy damage assessment.Then,the vehicle finite element model and the simplified model of the seat are established.The rationality of the seat structure is verified by modal analysis and static strength analysis.The reliability of the simplified seat model is verified by analyzing the dynamic structure response of the vehicle body and the dummy response,and the original seat is found to have poor protective performance.Therefore,the research and improvement of the seat energy absorbing element are carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the energy absorption effect of the spring element,the hydraulic damper,the airbag cushioning element and the metal thin-walled structural element are compared.The parameter analysis is used to determine the applicable energy absorbing element.Finally,with reference to the domestic and foreign seat test bench,a vertical drop impact test bench is designed and the improved seat is tested.The results show that the improved seat improves the protection of the occupants,and that the seat vertical drop impact test bench can be used to evaluate the protective performance of the seat in the vehicle under the bottom explosion environment.The research process and results of this paper have certain guiding significance in improving the design of safety seat against bottom explosion for protective vehicles.
