With the rapid growth of Chinese vehicle ownership, traffic accidents occur frequently,and the vehicle safety is getting more and more attention. But the seat safety system plays an important role in today’s vehicle safety field, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the seat system.In 2013, the state promulgated a new regulations GB14167, putting forward higher requirements to the safety of vehicle seat belt anchorage and ISOFIX anchorage. At the same time, automobile manufacturers encountered a variety of problems in the implementation process of new standard, in particular, the first implementation of ISOFIX anchorage project.In this paper, I analyzed and improved the two point type safety belt seat based on the existing commercial vehicle, not only solved the problem of enterprises, reducing the production cost of three point type safety belt seat, also it has a very important significance to China, which has large population and serious commercial vehicle accident.Firstly,I established a simple occupant restraint system model based on the original seat3 D model using software MADYMO, chose a original location of the belt upper anchorage to optimize the X and Z directions position. After comparing and analysing the minimum impact of the belt anchorage in reasonable range to occupant injury, find out a best belt upper anchorage based on the actual size of the vehicle body. Secondly, according to the requirements of GB14167-2013, the simulation model of the seat belt anchorage static strength test is established using software Ls-dyna and Hyperwork, analysis whether the seat structure can meet the requirements. It is verificated that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. After the simulation model is modified, the static strength of the ISOFIX anchorage is simulated, and it is predicted that the ISOFIX anchorage structure strength can meet the requirements. The simulation and experimental results error are within 15%. Besides, the rear seats is of high operating frequency in our country, there isa pressing need to guaranteed their security. Last but not least,the occupant restraint system FE model of this seat is built on the basis of the actual vehicle crash test waveform,analysis and optimize the occupant injury by selection of seat parameters using orthogonal design test method. The simulation results show that the occupant injury has been significantly improved.The work of this paper is of reference significance to the improvement of vehicle seat,and the use of methods and the proposed optimization ideas have a certain reference value for the study of occupant restraint system.
