Automobile industry is a pillar industry of our country.With the high-speed development of economy,China's auto industry's sustained and rapid development,the ownership of the vehicle is rapidly increasing,but the traffic accident statistical results show that the rear occupant injuries in the accident in recent years the risk increases obviously,followed by safe performance boost to the rear.In the daily life of the rear seat utilization rate is very high,but the protective device is relatively scarce,such as the back clearly do not have airbags,diving device,etc.Coupled with the rear occupant seat belt usage in daily life is very low,so the existing models in the process of collision,especially frontal impact conditions,a ride in the back of the occupant safety is hard to get good protection.At home and abroad have been gradually aware of the importance of improve the rear occupant safety significance..Survey found that the rear seat belt in the rear occupant protection in the frontal crash played an extremely important role in the process,so this article in the rear seat belt in the field of automotive occupant protection systems research,will provide the independent research and development of car enterprises in China with experience and draw lessons from,enhance the competitiveness of the automobile enterprise,from the point of view of society,came up out of the overall improvement of automobile collision safety in our country.The study found that,in order to improve the performance of the vehicle,the vehicle front end stiffness can be increased,which can lead to collision waveform fluctuations become violent,and the protection of the rear occupant safety is more dependent on the occupant protection system,system configuration is relatively simple,but the rear constraints do not have air bags,devices such as knee plate;Coupled with the rear occupant safety belt wear rate is low,eventually led to the rear occupant safety in the process of collision can not get good protection.In order to study the rear occupant injuries in frontal impact,according to version of the evaluation procedures for the evaluation of the rear dummies C-NCAP of the 2015 requirements,establish a head-on collision model,from the seat belt force value,occupant movement posture,head and neck injuries and chest compression of data for simulation analysis,contrast belts with different levels of limited force,with the function of STOPPER belt and belt ribbon of the limit of the buffer seat belts.Results show that with the ribbon of the limit of the buffer seat belt can effectively improve the rear occupant safety.Finally on the basis of the related parameters of A certain class A passenger car and environmental pieces on the front of the simulation theory of 100%under the working condition of FRB and 40%ODB slider validation,validation results confirm the theory of the simulation process.
