| Tank armored vehicles have the requirement of first hit.The energy information transmission channel of fire control computer and ammunition fuze can be established through information connection technology to realize the selection of fuze initiation mode and the initial information loading of ballistic correction ammunition.The active tank ammunition is divided into fixed-type ammunition and split-type ammunition,however the existing setting technology can not meet the real-time setting requirements of tank sub-assembly ammunition.Aiming at the setting requirements of tank sub-assembly fuze,a set-up method based on wired and wireless recombination was proposed,and the overall scheme of the setting system was designed.The system is mainly composed of bottom-fire collinear setting system and passive radio frequency setting system.The energy and information are setted by using the bottom-fire collinear setting technology from the outside to the inside.In order to improve the safety of the setting,a charging and discharging model of the energy storage module based on the bottom-fire collinear setting was established,and the energy transmission process was theoretically analyzed.In the charge and discharge situation,thevcorresponding energy transmission circuit was designed.The variation of the setting voltage,current and the voltage of the energy storage module was simulated by Pspice software.The experiment verifies that the scheme can complete the real-time setting of the internal fuse in the specified time under the condition of the bottom fire safety threshold.The theory is consistent with the experiment.After the setting information enters the cymbal,in order to realize the large-distance wireless transmission of information from the cartridge to the projectile,UHF passive radio frequency setting technology was adopted,and a high gain,wide frequency band and circular polarization characteristic were designed.UHF microstrip antenna,using HFSS software to simulate the key parameters,revealed the influence of different parameters on the performance of the antenna,and obtained the optimized design size.The antenna performance was tested by the network analyzer and the microwave darkroom.It is 3.48 dBi,and the circular polarization band reached 75 MHz.The theory is in agreement with the experiment and meets the requirements of the RF emission module.After completing the above analysis and design,the core circuit modules such as monitoring module,setting and feedback module,fuze RF module and system relay module were designed.Finally,the prototype was fabricated and tested.The results showed that the bottom-fired collinear setting system can realize the transmission of set energy and information from the outside to the inside.In the simulated environment,the passive RF setting system can complete the wireless transmission with 70 mm spacing.So the composite setting system can meet the real-time setting requirements of the tank sub-assembly,providing a theoretical reference for the project. |
