With the development of radio proximity fuze,the test and test methods are also constantly improved.But for air targets,radio fuze dynamic test method is very little,the main reason is to simulate the missile target encounter process live environment required for the high cost,small and medium-sized enterprise to bear.In this paper,a dynamic testing platform is designed for the development of the radio proximity fuze of the air defense weapon in a certain factory of the China Ordnance Equipment Group.Platform with PP87 type 82 mm mortar as the launch system,the radio proximity fuze detector and missile borne recorder installed in the sand bomb,the aerial target shooting,simulation of the projectile and the target intersection process.Using high-speed photography image data and other data burst during the test,after the test with the detector target echo characteristics of missile borne recorder and acquisition of high and low frequency circuit working state data were analyzed to determine the radio fuze detector working state.The work done in this paper is as follows:(1)requirement analysis of dynamic test and test platformAccording to the actual situation of the development process of certain type of air target radio fuze and the static measurement of products through the range test,the data is not comprehensive,it is difficult to locate the fault problem.In this case,in order to make up for the lack of data,to determine the set of dynamic test and test platform technical indicators.(2)the scheme design of dynamic test and test platformThe overall design scheme of the platform is discussed,and the realization,security and reliability of the analysis principle are discussed.A preliminary analysis of the supporting technology used in the platform is carried out.(3)the detailed design and implementation of the dynamic testing and testing platformAccording to the technical targets of the platform,the launching system,target system and data acquisition system of the platform are designed.Launch device with mortars,in order to ensure the safety and use of the launch mode design,rchg design,sand elastic structure design;target system with balloon target as the main characteristics of the radio fuze target,a target model,combined with the analysis of the model RCS computer software,designed the balloon target meet the target requirements;data acquisition system based on missile borne recorder and high-speed photography method,getting the data completely,the platform to meet the design requirements,the implementation process of the missile borne data recorder and emphatically analyzed and environmental screening process.(4)the engineering analysis of dynamic test and test platformPlatform engineering,combined with the product test test,proved the practicability of the platform,and the platform of the security,reliability analysis.
