According to the requirements of a pre-research project,this thesis takes the bidirectional link-less feeding system suitable for a certain artillery automaton as the research object,and study the structural characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of bidirectional link-less feeding system to prove its feasibility.First of all,a modular combination scheme is proposed based on the analysis of the transmission requirements of the the bidirectional link-less feeding system,which consists of torsion unit,linear unit,storage unit and supplementary unit.The whole assembly model is established by using modeling software.Secondly,the kinematic characteristics of the bidirectional link-less feeding system are analyzed,the system dynamics model is established by using bond space theory,and the dynamic characteristics of the system is analyzed by means of concentrated parameters according to the system dynamics model.Finally,the main process of the bidirectional link-less feeding system is simulated and analyzed under different speed in the virtual prototyping software.On the basis of the simulation data,the steel strength of some key parts of the bidirectional link-less feeding system is analyzed to prove this transmission system's reliability based on the finite element simulation platform.In this thesis,the research method and the analysis results of the bidirectional link-less feeding system provide some basis and reference value for the scheme design and structure improvement of the subsequent physical prototype.
