| As the maritime military is increasingly on the main stage of arms competition,the large caliber naval gun occupies an irreplaceable strategic position with its wide application,excellent efficiency and cost ratio,high strike speed and so on.Because of the complex structure of ship gun,it becomes the mainstream direction to analyze the vibration process and optimize its vibration characteristics.In this paper,the dynamics and kinematics analysis of the violent vibration detected in the feeding system of large caliber naval gun during firing are carried out,and the numerical simulation and theoretical derivation are carried out respectively.According to the work flow,working principle and structure of the large caliber ship gun bomb supply system,the cause of the problem is inferred,and the fault occurrence process is divided into two processes.The first six-order natural frequencies are obtained and their motion equations are derived based on the Euler —— Bernoulli beam model.The matlab program is compiled by Newmark method to solve the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the shaft and end of the model,and the characteristic equation of vibration frequency is deduced considering the lateral deformation of the arm.Finite element simulation of the two models is carried out by using ANSYS to verify the correctness of the theory and the conjecture of the fault.Firstly,based on uniaxial compression model,the contact force is obtained and its maximum value is taken.Based on modal perturbation method,the axial vibration equation of swing arm considering cross-section change is deduced.Based on Newmark method,the axial vibration model of swing arm is established,the excitation obtained above is applied to the end of the model,and the relative vibration response at the ear shaft and the end of the swing arm is extracted respectively.On the basis of the previous research,the isight and matlab are used to design the selected design variables experimentally,and the factor level,i.e.sensitivity,of the lateral displacement of the end of the swing arm is obtained.The isight is integrated with the solidworks software to optimize the size of the swing arm model and obtain the optimized design size.From the point of view of changing the bomb supply scheme,several schemes can solve the problem fundamentally. |
