Naval gun has a swift-response and carrying large quantity, continuous elastic combat capability, high reliability and low cost etc.Especially large-caliber naval gun, in the fire support and close-in defense has irreplaceable role. As a sea battle important weapon system, large-caliber naval gun research has been by all countries' navy attention. In order to improve the large-caliber naval gun emission rate and automation degree, the urgent need strengthens the research in the shell-feeding way, because shell-feeding system's performance immediate influence naval gun's shell-feeding and rate of fire, also promotes one of naval gun technical level key technologies. Therefore, carries out the naval gun shell-feeding system research to raise the naval gun whole combat level to have the vital theory significance and the practical value.Three kinds of mid-bilge shell-feeding solutions have been designed in this paper, and finally determins the optimal scheme using the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) to three schemes evaluation by numerical analysis. Using Pro/E 3d modeling software to carry on the parametric model, has laid the foundation for the establishment dummy specimen.Establish mid-bilge shell-feeding arm movement simplified model by mechanism theory, and determine the form of parallel mechanism. On the basis of the mechanism degree of freedom calculation, analyze the position, velocity, acceleration and other aspects of kinematics and inverse kinematics problem. According to the speed equation verified the mid-bilge shell-feeding arm of the designed can meet the large-caliber naval gun ammunition rate requirements. From three respects discuss the singularity of mid-bilge shell-feeding arm.In the dynamic analysis, the main computation is the mid-bilge shell-feeding arm parallel five-bar components of kinetic and potential energy, and the total kinetic and potential energy of the system. Finally establish the Lagrange forms of mid-bilge shell-feeding arm dynamic equation.Application of ADAMS dynamics simulation software platform built like pendulum plays arm of the virtual prototype, and defines driving-model and exercise restraint. Carry out the kinematics simulation and dynamics simulation research within a predetermined time. Output the result of simulation graphically, and analyse the results of the simulation data.
