Research On Improvement Of Warehouse Management Of Z Ship Engineering Company

As the developing of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,it is much more serious for the shipbuilding enterprise which is in the plight.Warehousing management has become a strategic issue in enterprises competitive and achieves sustainable development,it is a important factor for enterprise cost.So,the enterprise should pay attention to accelerating the scientific and information construction for warehousing management to improve the level of warehouse management and management efficiency.This article takes Z ship engineering company as study object.Consult relevant literature and reserve relevant theoretical knowledge of warehousing.And the author have a certain understanding of the development of Z company through field research.Studied and analyzed the present situation of warehouse management.The author found that Z company mainly has these problems in the current warehouse management.The storage internal layout is unreasonable,the storage mechanization degree is not high,the storage operation standard and the working process is not perfect,the storage operation management is not standard,the storage management technology is backward and the storage cost control is not scientific.Corresponding optimization schemes are given for the above six problems: optimize warehouse layout,introduce intelligent three-dimensional warehouse,improve storage operation standard,formulate material coding standard,update storage management system and improve scientific storage cost control.Finally,the expected effect after implementation is given.This paper applies advanced theories and research methods at home and abroad to Z company's warehouse management optimization by combining theory with practice,it provides an effective method for the relevant company to reduce the cost of warehouse management and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise...
