Abstract/Summary:
With the appearance of intelligent logistics, the traditional mode of storagemanagement becomes unable to meet the requirement of production andcirculation, which is a challenge to modern logistics development. Automationand informatization has become a significant symbol of modern logistics. Toincrease the working efficiency of warehousing system and decrease cost,enterprises pay more and more attention to optimize the storage system. In thiscase, studying how to solve existent problems and increase working efficiencyhas very important effect to increase economic benefits.Regarding to the completed traditional working processes in storage systemand low working efficiency, this thesis take SINOTRANS as object of study. Thisthesis first analyzes the current situation of the logistics facilities of warehouseand the storage process, and then finds out how to optimize the process ofSINOTRANS storage to reduce the operating cost and increase the workingefficiency.First of all, through the investigation of the current operation of the storagesystem and the analysis of existing operation process of SINOTRANS logisticswarehouse, this paper find out the key factors affecting the system, the bottleneckin the process of operation and the existing problems of current warehousestorage system taking SINOTRANS warehouse as background. Then according tothe warehouse storage of SINOTRANS system present situation, this thesisdesigns the scheme of warehouse facilities layout planning for SINOTRANSwarehouse operation characteristics, and the warehousing process ofSINOTRANS warehouse is optimized and designed by using the RFID (RadioFrequency Identification, RDIF) technology. This thesis also devises theoptimization scheme about warehouse handling system. Finally, this thesisestablishes a simulation optimization model of the SINOTRANS warehouse combined with OOTPN (Object Oriented Timed Petri Net, OOTPN) optimizationmethod, and designs the forklift dispatching simulation optimization model ofSINOTRANS warehouse based on the genetic algorithm. After analyzing theresults of the simulation optimization, the results show that the research caneffectively avoid the storage congestion phenomenon in the process of operation,and solve the low efficiency problem of forklift warehousing, so as to effectivelycontrol the logistics cost. According to the existing rules and regulations ofSINOTRANS warehouse, this paper also improve some measures for the system,but also puts forward constructive suggestions for SINOTRANS informatizationdevelopment.
