In recent years,energy shortages and environmental pollution problems have plagued various countries in the world.Under this background,distributed energy has developed rapidly,especially solar energy and wind energy.The utilization rate of these two distributed energy sources is increasing year by year.Distributed energy is an important means of China's energy structure adjustment.At present,its domestic development is still in the initial stage of application.At present,all countries in the world are constantly advancing the reform of the power system,And the active distribution network can be controlled by load,the power is in a combined distribution type,and is managed from the demand side,so that the distribution network's ability to absorb renewable energy is greatly improved,and the utilization rate of distribution network assets is improved,Delayed the upgrade of the distribution network,the most important thing is to optimize the power quality and reliability of the power grid.At the same time,to achieve effective integration of resource supply and demand and to promote the safe,efficient and stable operation of active distribution networks,demand-side management is an important foundation.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the distributed energy planning considering the demand-side management of active distribution network.In the content of this article,research is conducted on distributed energy planning that considers the demand-side management of active distribution networks,and at the same time comprehensively considers the cost of distributed energy construction,demand-side active management costs,operation and maintenance costs,and annual power purchases to the superior grid Cost,the overall cost is minimized as the objective function in the plan.Combining the uncertain characteristics of distributed energy output,a multi-scenario model is constructed,and the objective function is solved using an improved particle swarm optimization method.Finally,the IEEE-33 node is used for simulation,and the algorithm solving process is realized through Matlab software programming,and finally an optimal planning scheme is obtained,so that the reliability and economy of distributed energy planning are satisfied.This paper studies four planning schemes,and then compares them separately to obtain the optimal scheme that meets both reliability and economy.It also studies the influence of the interruptible load limit on the planning cost,and increases the controlled load when the load conditions permit.The proportion can reduce the cost of the planning scheme and make it more economical and practical.Studies have shown that the consideration of activedistribution network demand-side management mechanisms in the process of distributed energy planning can effectively reduce overall costs,and at the same time,it can optimize grid operation and greatly improve the reliability of grid operation.
