With the development of science and technology,people’s living standard has improved,private cars have become more and more,the available space on the ground has become smaller,and the emergence of the subway has made it convenient for people to travel.With rapid development of subway construction,Beijing subway lines are numerous and run orderly,which is a model of subway in various cities.In the development of subway in China to explore the construction of many effective methods,shield method for its construction speed is quick,small disturbance,characteristics of constraint less popular,but there are a lot of shield method in construction of risk and predict risk in advance,eliminate the influence of the risk of construction and reduce shield construction safety accidents,ensure the shield method in the process of the construction personnel safety,Reduce financial losses.Using scientific methods to identify and evaluate risks is of great significance to the early stage,design stage and construction stage of subway construction.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on subway shield construction,and determines the research content,methods and technical route.Next,the construction management of subway shield is introduced.Then the research data of Beijing Metro Line 3 are sorted out to summarize its development status,existing risks and construction progress.Secondly,the risk identification and evaluation are discussed emphatically.As for risk identification,Delphi method is adopted to identify risk factors,and risk factors are sorted out and analyzed.As for the risk evaluation,ahp is used to establish the risk hierarchy structure,qualitative evaluation,combined with AHP and extension evaluation method for quantitative evaluation of the risk.Finally,the risk factors of the project are obtained by selecting Beijing Metro Line 3with key planning as the case.Then,the risk weight and the score of risk evaluation factors determined by the expert questionnaire are determined according to the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP),and the risk evaluation method is adopted to obtain the risk level of each risk factor and the overall risk of the project.The research results of this paper can analyze the risk levels of five key risk factors and indicators in the construction of metro shield tunneling,which provides scientific and systematic risk management methods for the construction projects of metro shield tunneling in Beijing,and also has reference significance for the risk management of similar projects. |
