The research shows that in recent years,China's productivity has been greatly enhanced,and the economic growth has been growing rapidly from the trough to the recovery.With the improvement of productivity in all aspects,people also have a higher pursuit of cultural spirit.More and more cities choose to promote and protect their honest culture by building cultural and creative parks.North China,especially in the sub cold region,has its unique natural beauty set off by four distinct seasons,and this natural condition different from other regions has also cast its unusual historical and human nature.The situation of most cities in China is different.Cultural and creative park,which can bring vitality and emotion to people through the city's own culture,has also become an important development direction of urban protection and promotion of local culture.When I wrote this paper,I looked up a large number of domestic and foreign real cases and studied them in combination with the current situation.Through combing the full research materials,I gradually made the relevant research content and research methods clearer and clearer in the process of research.I found the core problems from them and conducted in-depth investigation and research in combination with the actual situation to find solutions The optimal solution will be a new exploration of this subject.First of all,I need to know what is a cultural and creative park and what is its definition? The preliminary design of the park is based on the learned urban planning design knowledge.At the same time,the rationality of the park and the possible problems and solutions in the construction of cultural and creative park are emphasized.The original intention of cultural and creative park design is to promote and inherit local culture,and its main users are also local residents,so when designing the park,local people's preference for the expression form of the park should be considered more.In addition,we should also consider the impression of various principles in the design of the park,which is closely related to improving the quality of the park.After we have made full investigation,research,analysis and summary,we can find the answers to the problems in the design of the park,so as to improve the construction of the park.In today's society,with the rapid development of various industries and the rapid economic development,a series of problems are also brought.It is urgent to inherit the regional culture and spirit.We need to make use of the thrust of the government and the help of all walks of life to create a better landscape design of cultural creative park with the characteristics of northeast culture,and strive to achieve real green design,which is in line with international standards.It is hoped that the different viewpoints in this paper can provide relevant research materials and practical experience for the researchers of environmental planning and design.
