Enterprise financial performance is the concrete manifestation of the enterprise's implementation strategy,which is generally manifested in the enterprise's development potential,ability to repay debts and manage assets,and profit level in the future.Only by correctly evaluating the enterprise's financial performance can the problems existing in the enterprise's operation process be discovered,and then the ways to improve the enterprise's financial performance and enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness are proposed.This paper chooses S Company as a case study company,and analyzes the current operation and financial situation of S Company on the basis of defining relevant concepts such as financial performance and combing relevant research theories at home and abroad.Based on the principles of authenticity,effectiveness and sensitivity,the paper selects financial performance evaluation indicators,and uses AHP method to weight the selected financial indicators.On this basis,the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate S Company's financial performance from two dimensions of actual financial performance and potential development ability,involving 7secondary indicators such as profitability,debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability,innovation ability,internal management ability and external market ability,totaling 25 tertiary indicators.The research shows that S Company's overall financial performance is good at present,but its development ability,innovation ability and operation ability are poor.Specifically,Company S has a single operation mode and lacks innovation.The proportion of high-quality personnel training is insufficient;Low utilization rate of funds,single financing channels and other issues.Finally,the paper proposes to optimize the industrial chain and speed up the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Training high-quality talents and optimizing the allocation of resources;Policy suggestions such as establishing diversified financing channels and improving the utilization rate of funds.
