In recent years,Architectural decoration industry of our country grows vigorously has made certain achievements,the decoration market is becoming more and more big,but the construction decoration industry development in our country lack of the precipitation of time,as the market test screening,enterprise risk also gradually,exposes some problems.For example,project receivables management,project payables management,project cost estimation,etc.,if these problems are not properly handled,they are likely to bury financial hidden troubles in the daily operation of the enterprise.Among them,the most prominent problem faced by architectural decoration enterprises is the debt problem,which has become the general knowledge of the industry.These financial problems,if not identified and controlled as soon as possible,can often lead to bankruptcy.Therefore,this paper focuses on the architectural decoration industry is facing the financial risk for targeted research,trying to build up a set of complete conform to the characteristics of architectural decoration industry financial risk evaluation system,which can strive to simple and rapid debt risk evaluation and control of architectural decoration industry,building decoration industry enterprise's financial risk.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:First,collate and compare the commonly used financial risk assessment methods at present,combine the characteristics of the industry studied and grasp the data,and decide to choose factor analysis method for analysis;Secondly,based on the analysis of the building decoration enterprise QZ Company and other sample company data,this paper targeted to select appropriate financial evaluation indicators and non-financial evaluation indicators,to construct a complete building decoration industry risk evaluation system;Thirdly,taking QZ Company as an example,through a detailed analysis of the index change trend of QZ company from 2014 to 2019,the control measures for the group's financial index management and control are proposed.Finally,relevant suggestions are provided for the management and control of architectural decoration industry for the reference of practitioners and researchers.
