| This paper tries to further deepen the theoretical research on the design of green and low-energy public buildings through BIM technology,theoretical research and simulation experiment.Due to the low energy consumption building green design,ecological design when the design is an important core,and low energy consumption in Yunnan region public building design optimization study,is conducive to the development of green ecological building design.The specific research contents of this paper are:(1)Based on BIM technology of low energy consumption building single objective optimization study:this study from Yunnan province building in the subtropical area according to the influencing factors of energy consumption,using Ecotect software of architectural thermal energy to carry on the single factor analysis,through orthogonal test to determine the influence law of various factors on the energy consumption of building thermal and importance.At the same time,the actual case is measured in the building temperature,and the measured data is compared with the computer simulation data to ensure the accuracy of the results.The influence factors of energy consumption of buildings include construction location,building orientation,window wall ratio,surface area of enclosure structure and heat transfer coefficient.(2)Low energy consumption building multi-objective analysis based on genetic algorithm optimization research:my goals such as lighting,power consumption,this study based on the genetic algorithm to the window wall ratio,wall heat transfer coefficient,heat transfer coefficient,window light transmittance,roofing insulation coefficient of factors such as multi-objective optimization analysis.Based on the method of computer simulation and theoretical analysis,the construction scheme is optimized and analyzed to find the optimal design scope and optimal design method of green and low-energy buildings.(3)Public buildings design optimization study:Yunnan Kunming region abundant solar energy resources,on the basis of the green building evaluation criteria often USES solar photovoltaic power generation systems and solar energy air conditioning systems.Using Ecotect software to conduct energy consumption simulation analysis on the position,orientation and tilt Angle of solar pv system,the optimal design scheme of optimal solar pv system is obtained.The results of computer simulation are compared with the results of theoretical research and the actual construction of cases. |
