From the basic national conditions,China is facing a severe energy crisis and natural environmental pollution and other issues,and construction from the production of materials to the use of the entire life cycle of energy consumption in the total energy consumption accounted for more than 50% of the total.With the rapid development of the construction industry,the proportion of energy consumption in the building will increase,resulting in the construction of energy-saving situation at this stage is more severe,the top of the building planning and design of green low energy consumption or near zero energy design will be more urgent.The problems encountered at this stage are: lack of analysis of the relevant factors such as comfort and energy consumption in the process of designing the program;lack of awareness of the low-energy building knowledge system;improvement of the program and improvement of the improvement More one-sided situation,and difficult throughout the entire design process.BIM information age,in order to solve the above phenomenon provides a design method and design ideas,this paper combined with a large number of literature and previous studies from the building information model BIM technology,based on BIM technology building design model,building program optimization and so on System research.Through reading relevant documents regarding the green building,building energy conservation,low-energy building,and BIM application,features of green and low-energy building are summarized,and main influence factors of low-energy design are analyzed,including external influence factorsand internal influence factors.Based on previous studieson the building integrated design,advantageds of the BIM-based building integrated design are analyzed.The implementation content of BIM integrated collaborative design are illustrated,including main points of integrated design in different stages,integrated measures of BIM design,implementation method of BIM collaborative design,and process of integrated design.The research method and process of single-objective optimization design are analyzed,the test of energy consumption simulation plan in thermal environment and luminous environment is carried out with the orthogonal test and Ecotect building performance simulation software,and significance of all influence factors are analyzed with range analysis and variance analysis.Finally,according to the optimization process of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm in the multi-objective genetic algorithm,a simplified algorithm of building energy consumption the temperature frequency model,average natural lighting model,and natural ventilation model are selected as the building performance prediction models and evaluation indexes by starting from three sub-objectives,which are also the most important excluding the use function of green buildings,namely the energy conservation,natural lighting and natural ventilation.Pareto optimized boundary is obtained and optimization plan is developed by encoding,selecting,recombining and optimizing the opening area of transparent maintenance structure,heat transfer coefficient and transmittance of daylight of transparent maintenance structure,and optimal variable of the heat transfer coefficient of non-transparent maintenance structure,with the parallelism selection strategy of the genetic algorithm.This paper analyzes the process and implementation method of building conceptual optimization design based on BIM technology,systematically analyzes the process and content of single target optimization,and puts forward the optimization method of building energy consumption by using genetic algorithm multi-objective optimization theory,and carries out in-depth research on the optimization design of building energy efficiency.
