Manufacturing is a vital symbol to measure the overall national strength and plays an indispensable role in the economic growth of all countries.The manufacturing industry in our country is developing very fast.Compared with the development of manufacturing industry in other countries,there are still many gaps,mainly in low manufacturing efficiency and increasing labor costs.The Japanese manufacturing industry has a strong competitive power and produces a lean management idea,which provides a good guidance for China to improve the manufacturing management.Therefore,how to use the idea of lean management to improve the relevant business processes has become an urgent problem to be solved by relevant enterprises at this stage.In this paper,the basic idea of process improvement and reengineering is arranged as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance.And summarize the related literature at home and abroad,and put forward the main research on the technical route of this paper.The second chapter is the overview of relevant theories,which mainly describes the theory of process management and optimization,reengineering.The third chapter is the analysis of the current production process of M company.It describes the specific business process of the enterprise and analyzes the main problems.The fourth chapter,M company production process reengineering analysis from the external and internal environment point.The fifth chapter designs the production process reengineering plan of M enterprise based on lean management,and focuses on the idea of lean management,and designs the reengineering plan of production process and describes it in detail.The sixth chapter is the performance analysis,analysis of the process performance before and after the improvement,to highlight the value of this article to provide support.Finally,the full text of the summary and outlook.The main contribution of this paper is embodied in:(1)make a comprehensive analysis of the manufacturing process of M company,and put forward the necessity and feasible direction of process reengineering combined with environmental analysis.(2)using the idea of lean management,we optimized the key links of several production processes from four dimensions,and provided the help for the optimization of the process.
