Research On The Detection Method Of Barrel Bore Parameters

Gun as an important part of the national conventional military weapons,the development of its technology level determines the level of modernization of national military power.Gun barrel is the main part giving the beginning rate,stable flight direction to a bullet and it can withstand the ammunition gas pressure.But in fact hidden in the barrel grooves is the key to the accuracy and velocity of the bullet.Grooves quality stand or fall will directly affect the service life of the weapon,shooting accuracy of it,and the security of use,which belong to the important lighter index,etc.For non-destructive testing on the surface of the barrel bore gun is a very important part in development and production.A method of measuring barrel bore parameters were put forward in this thesis based on the author's engineering practice,a new conception of barrel bore parameters comprehensive test system was brought forward,particularly,proposals of detecting principal and methods of dimensions of barrel lands and grooves,straightness and rifling lead were given;simultaneously,combined with the technical problems occurred in engineering practice about barrel rifling lead detecting of a certaln type of barrel,corresponding solutions were presented;and finally,the developing trend of barrel bore detecting technology were indicated in the author's point of view.This thesis,takes the barrel detecting theory as foundation,and the engineering practice as basis,is very helpful to those who work on barrel detecting.
