With the continuous development of mining,agriculture,food industry,medicine industry,screening efficiency and accuracy corresponding improvement,rotary vibrating screen in the market demand gradually increased.The plane trajectory vibrating screen has a single form of movement,which can only move in two dimensional space.The trajectory of the rotating vibrating screen is a three-dimensional space movement.The particles not only have spiral motion in the horizontal plane,but also have vertical throwing motion.Because its unique movement law increases the particle excretion efficiency,the movement speed,the penetration rate and so on,therefore its market prospect is very broad.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a complete theory for the study of rotary vibrating screen.In this paper,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,electromechanical coupling,rigid-flexible coupling computer simulation and other main aspects are discussed.The main research is as follows:(1)By referring to domestic and foreign patents and literatures,the current research status,application scope,market background and theoretical research methods of the rotary vibrating screen are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the spatial motion trajectory of the rotary vibrating screen and the plane motion trajectory of the ordinary vibrating screen are analyzed.(2)Establish the three-dimensional solid model and mechanical model of the rotary vibrating screen,and use the Lagrange equation to establish the dynamic equation of the rotary vibrating screen system,and solve the steady-state response of the vibration system in the direction.Simulink was used to establish the electromechanical coupling model of the rotary vibrating screen and to solve the amplitude and phase difference of the moving direction of the rotary vibrating screen.This paper analyzes the movement law of each part of rotary vibrating screen,the movement law of the particles on the screen surface,the speed of the particles through screening,the material through screening efficiency and accuracy.(3)The system dynamics equation was used to analyze the synchronization and stability conditions of the rotary vibrating screen,and the numerical solution is obtained by Matlab programming.The relationship between the spring stiffness and the phase difference of the rotor is analyzed.(4)The specific process and method of rigid-flexible coupling modeling are introduced.Based on rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics theory,the rigid-flexible coupling model of rotary vibrating screen is established to analyze the motion trajectory of flexible screen frame and the dynamic stress of some major nodes.The results show that the motion amplitude of the flexible screen frame is closer to the theoretical value than that of the rigid screen frame.Finally,the content of this paper is summarized to indicate the next research direction.
