Research On The Construction Cost Control Of The Construction Project Of Duoluokou Marketing Base

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.Large-scale construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,fong cycle and high risk.Based on this background,it has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises to effectively control the construction cost of construction projects,improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Therefore,cost control of construction projects has become a hot issue for scholars.This paper takes the eonstruction cost control of the rudder landing marketing base construction project as the research object.Firstly,the research status of construction cost control at home and abroad is summarized,then the construction content of the project is introduced in detail,and the construction content,construction environment and contract content of the project are analyzed.Secondly,the factors affecting the project construction cost are systematically analyzed,and the factors influencing the deviation of the project construction cost are identified.The construction cost control management system is analyzed,and dynamic management system is established from the aspects of human cost and material cost respectively,so as to establish a comprehensive cost optimization control management system.Finally,the construction cost deviation control method and earned value method are applied to control the construction cost of this project.At the same time,some suggestions and measures are put forward to prevent the construction cost risk.The research shows that:firstly,in order to obtain the optimal cost control effect,the construction project of rudder landing marketing base must carry out all aspects of cost control,improve the cost control organization structure,process and management system,clarify the responsibilities of various departments,and establish the awareness of risk prevention of construction cost;secondly,the basis of project construction cost control is to analyze the relationship between various cost factors.Quantification of various cost indicators and analysis of cost deviation can achieve the purpose of construction cost control.Thirdly,informationization of construction cost management and establishment of cost information system can realize the cost control of the whole construction life cycle of the project through dynamic monitoring of the cost in each period of the construction process.Fourthly,earned value method can dynamically monitor the time limit and cost of construction project on the basis of reasonable prediction of project time cost,and correct the deviation by comparing the difference between actual cost and target cost,so as to ensure the realization of project objectives.
