Explosion shock wave overpressure is one of the important parameters to evaluate the damage of ammunition.Accurate and reliable explosion shock wave overpressure test system is very important for shock wave overpressure test.In this paper,the test theory research,test system scheme design,function realization and experimental verification,and the measured data processing sequence are used to design and study the warhead static shock wave overpressure storage test system,and the measured data is analyzed.Firstly,based on the test requirements and technical indicators,the characteristics of the test signals and the interference factors are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the test system is formed.The data acquisition and storage functions and trigger functions are mainly studied and designed.Secondly,with the test technical indicators as the standard,the test system was tested and verified by functional simulation and simulation experiments,which proved that the data conversion and storage functions and the external fiber triggering method are feasible.Finally,the actual measurement data processing of the warhead explosion test was carried out,including single point data processing,multi-point data statistical analysis and damage assessment.The standard deviation of the arrival time of the single point data and the distance measuring recorder is 1.27?s~1.60?s,which indicates that the test system has better time base uniformity.The measured data is used to construct the measured data by using the support vector machine algorithm.The multi-classifier model is used to obtain the data classification prediction result and the multi-feature parameter data value distribution state.According to the overpressure-impulse criterion,the evaluation results of the damage data level and the personnel damage probability of the measurement point data are given.
