With the rapid development of urbanization,the pressure of increasing urban population on infrastructure such as urban buildings,in order to meet people's demand for large space buildings in the spiritual level,the scale of urban buildings is gradually expanding.As an important vertical transportation tool in buildings,elevator can solve the problem of vertical traffic in high-rise buildings,and it has been widely used.But the traditional elevator can only solve the problem of vertical transportation.When the elevator shaft is far away from the destination,passengers will spend a long time walking to the destination.Therefore,the research on the transverse elevator is an important way to improve the efficiency of horizontal movement of passengers and the spatial mobility of the building.It is also an important measure to promote the development of building scale,relieve the pressure of urban construction,and help the development of urbanization.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of horizontal movement of passengers in large span high-rise buildings,the innovative design of elevator structure is carried out,and the innovative design scheme of circulatory multi-path elevator is proposed,which can reasonably plan the operation path of the car,reduce the impact of horizontal movement of the car on the vertical movement of the car,and improve the efficiency of horizontal movement of passengers in the building.According to the research on elevator passenger flow type,elevator passenger flow model,elevator traffic mode and other aspects in large-span buildings,the circulatory multi-path elevator dispatching strategy is established to solve the operation conflicts of different types of cars,reasonably plan the operation sequence of the car,and realize the safe,orderly and efficient operation of the elevator.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Based on TRIZ theory,the innovative design of elevator structure is carried out.Through functional analysis and causal analysis,the problem of elevator unable to provide efficient horizontal transportation is analyzed and described.Through matter field model and conflict analysis,the problem is solved.Finally,the design scheme of circulatory multi-path elevator is obtained,and the key technologies and components in the design process are studied and explored Discuss.In order to realize the real-time scheduling and control of the multi-car elevator system and reduce the complexity of the car scheduling and control process,a circulatory multi-path elevator scheduling framework based on digital twin and a closed-loop elevator control system driven by twin data are proposed.(2)Based on the circulatory multi-path elevator structure,the characteristics of different types of passenger flow are analyzed,and the passenger flow parameters of typical elevator traffic model and various traffic modes are determined.Based on Poisson distribution and Monte Carlo method,a circulatory multi-path elevator passenger flow model is established to generate elevator passenger flow data under various traffic modes,which provides effective training data for elevator passenger flow prediction system and traffic pattern recognition system.In order to provide accurate reference data for dispatching,a circulatory multi-path elevator passenger flow prediction system is established based on BP neural network,and a circulatory multi-path elevator traffic pattern recognition system is established based on adaptive fuzzy neural network,which realizes the effective recognition of elevator traffic pattern corresponding to the next period of passenger flow characteristic value and reduces the delay of dispatching system.(3)In order to ensure the efficient,safe and orderly operation of the elevator,a circulatory multi-path elevator scheduling strategy is proposed to coordinate the operation of each car in real-time response to the call instructions of passengers,so as to avoid collision accidents.In order to reduce the resource waste caused by the empty travel of the car,the number and initial position of the car are allocated based on the predicted value of the elevator traffic mode,and the appropriate number of cars are placed in the circulatory shaft to participate in the transportation task.In order to improve the operation efficiency of the elevator,the elevator dispatching strategy based on the shortest path is proposed which dynamically responds to the call request of passengers and assigns the optimal car to complete the transportation task.Based on the safe distance,a multi-car following model and a circulatory multi-path elevator formation collision avoidance strategy are established.The running speed of each car is calculated by the multi-car following model,and the safe and stable operation of the multi-car is realized.(4)In order to verify the circulatory multi-path elevator scheduling strategy and elevator operation efficiency,developed a circulatory multi-path elevator operation simulation platform to verify the operation effect of elevator scheduling strategy in car allocation,formation collision avoidance and Dispatching Planning,and compared the waiting time and arrival time of passengers in circulatory multi-path elevator,circulatory multi-car elevator and general dual elevator under different lateral density and distance,and verified the circulatory multi-path elevator to passenger improve the efficiency of customer mobility.The simulation results show that the circulatory multi-path elevator can effectively improve the horizontal movement efficiency of passengers,and the operation of the horizontal moving car will not have a significant impact on the operation efficiency of the vertical moving passengers.The proposed circulatory multi-path elevator structure can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency of horizontal movement of people in large span high-rise buildings,save the time spent on horizontal movement of passengers in the buildings,so as to improve the spatial mobility and comfort of large span high-rise buildings,and make the buildings become more humanized and intelligent.To sum up,the research of circulatory multi-path elevator is based on the actual demand of relieving the pressure of urban buildings,and it combines TRIZ,mathematical modeling and neural network theory to solve the problem of efficient automatic transportation of elevator in vertical and horizontal direction,which has high theoretical research value and strong practicability,and provides ideas and references for the research of horizontal elevator.
