Application Research On Verification And Confirmation Method Of L-shaped Train Operation Monitoring System

With the progress of technology,the increasing of rail transit system safety,reliability and automation requirements,train operation control system as the core safety equipment of rail transit system,has become more and more important.At present,in the international security related system development process,mostly use V&V of RAMS to ensure product satety and reliability.And domestic product development process quality assurance ability is relatively weak,V&V work is essentially blank and in its infancy,especially the lack of V&V method for rail transportation products,therefore,it is necessary to study the methods of V&V.This paper is based on the SIL4 security certification of the L train operation monitoring system development project,the international standard,IEC62425 and other reliability and safety standards were studied,to determine the V&V method of the project.Secondly,the implementation of the static methods in the verification and validation methods is diccussed in detail in this project,including review re review,document review and tool validation review.Then,the dynamic FMECA method,which is verified by V&V analysis and system identification based on boundary analysis,is introduced in detail,including method flow,use case design,result analysis,etc.The V&V methods of the L train operation monitoring system development project has achieved good results in the proctice of the project,it has certain reference significance and guiding function for the verification and validation of development projects of similar prducts.Finally,the problems and directions for further study are pointed out.Need to further unity,standardize,verification and validation work,depth study V&V methods,such as virtual simulation and verification.Strengthen the development of verification and validation tools,role of security product development system for further validation,verification and validation,improve verification and validation work efficiency and quality effectiveness to ensure the development of product quality.
