Composite materials can be used in the director of rocket launcher in order to reduce its mass,achieve the structure of container launcher and enhance the tactical and technical performance of MRLS.This thesis focus on the composite materials director about its parameterized modeling,dynamic properties,strength properties,structural optimization.The main work:Applying composite materials on explosion-resistant fire extinguisher helps reducing the structural weight.This research involves modelling,dynamic characteristics,strength characteristics and structural optimization of a composite-built fire extinguisher system.The major research includes:1.Designing a lightweight extinguisher container using composite material based on<Basic requiremnts for fully wrapped carbon-fiber reinforrced aluminum lined cyliners(DOT-CFFC)>and specified requirements.2.Modeling through Hypermesh's preprocessing features and LS-DYNA analysis using explicit non-linear FEM.Obtaining the composite container's stress distributions under various layering solutions,structural design,and stress conditions.3.Lightweight design of accessories using engineering plastics.4.Simulation analysis and prototyping.
