Enterprise development strategy is an overall plan for the long-term development of the enterprise,which indicates the long-term development direction for the enterprise,and is a very important link in enterprise management.In this paper,strategic management theory is used to systematically study Group A,which provides strategic planning and implementation methods for Group A.Group A is an enterprise which mainly produces refrigeration products.The products it produces are in the front-end position in China’s refrigeration industry and are the national brand of China.Taking Group A as the research object,this paper discusses the research background and the theoretical basis of enterprise strategy,and uses PEST analysis method to analyze the external macro-environment of Group A.The competitive environment of Group A is analyzed by Porter’s Five Forces Model.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Group A are analyzed by SWOT Model Analysis.Finally,the diversification strategy and strategic alliance which are in line with Group A’s development are put forward,and the differentiation of products of "smart family" and the breakthrough of "smart cold chain" are clearly defined.” Business-level strategy of service differentiation strategy,and put forward the guarantee measures of organizational structure optimization,human resource management optimization and strengthening enterprise culture training for the implementation of development strategy. |
