As a big fishery producer,China is paying more and more attention to the safety of fishery production.The safety of fishing vessels is inseparable from the protection of radio communication equipment,strengthening the communication capacity of fishing vessels,improving the safety production safety capability of China's fisheries,and achieving safe fishing.Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation of the communication capabilities of fishing vessel radiocommunication equipment is an important means of measuring the communication level of fishing vessels.It is of great significance to recognize the situation,identify deficiencies,and formulate countermeasures to improve the safety of fishery production in China.First of all,this paper introduces the current status of domestic fishing vessel radio communication equipment,and conducts a classified summary study on collected data.In accordance with international conventions,fishing vessel-related inspection rules and inspection reports,on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the radio communication equipment of fishing vessels,extensively seeking expert opinions has established a comprehensive evaluation index system for fishing vessel radio communication equipment.Secondly,the paper uses the comprehensive weights to determine the final weights of the underlying evaluation indicators,and calculates the subjective weights(AHP)and objective weights(entropy weight method)of each level of indicators,and the subjective objective is given by the given fitting coefficient ?.The weights are combined to calculate the final comprehensive weight.Then the traditional endpoint-type triangular whitening weight function in the grey evaluation method is improved,and the cloud theory is applied to determine the whitening weight function to construct a new nonlinear whitening weight function,which is more accurate than the traditional whitening weight function..Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the radio communication equipment of ocean fishing vessels is carried out,and the results are analyzed.The status quo of the radio communication equipment of China's fishing vessels is evaluated as a whole.Combined with the actual situation in China,the future development countermeasures of the radio communication equipment of fishing vessels in China are proposed.It can contribute to the in-depth research work in the field of fishing vessel radio communication equipment.
