Research On The Management Of The Material Distribution Process On The Railway Freight Car Inspection And Repair Site

Manufacturing activity could not be separated from the support of material distribution system,especially for the basic industries,such as railway lorry maintenance.With the continuous increase of the number of railway lorry maintenance and the new requirements for vehicle maintenance efficiency put forward by the railway transport department,the depot responsible for railway lorry maintenance urgently needs to update the material distribution management mode to improve production efficiency,in order to adapt to the new situation.This paper takes the whole process of project management in the development of material distribution system for freight car overhaul in CHINA Railway Kunming Group Co.Ltd,Kunming North Rolling Stock Depot as the research object.In view of the insufficient combination of material purchase,consumption,accounting,distribution and on-site vehicle overhaul operation,this paper seriously affects the railway freight car overhaul.Quality,efficiency and cost control are the key issues in the design of a material distribution management system for railway freight car overhaul site by using the whole process project management method.This paper explores how to realize the rapid response to the material demand of railway freight car overhaul line through effective information material distribution management.Promote the change of material from passive distribution mode to active distribution mode;realize the goal of controlling production cost,reducing production cycle and improving production efficiency.This paper mainly takes the material distribution system of Kunming North depot as the research object,firstly studies the material distribution mode and its characteristics of the Kunming North Rolling Stock Depot,analyzes the problems in material management,and finds out the causes of the problems.Secondly,in view of the actual production on the spot,on the basis of considering the project planning,preparation,implementation and completion links,the whole process of project management ideas are used to quickly build the key points of the material distribution system on the spot of railway freight car maintenance,and study the supply mode of alarge number of sporadic and special materials in the daily production process.Finally,combined with the requirements and design principles of the railway freight car maintenance distribution system,the whole process project management method is used to design and develop the material distribution system for the railway freight car maintenance site,and the feasibility and practical significance of this study are verified by practical application cases.
